November 1-February 29: Shore Room or Hearth and Home Room: $125 Weekdays/$175 Weekends. Traveler’s Retreat: $175 Weekdays/$225 Weekends.
March 1-August 31: Shore Room or Hearth and Home Room: $130 Weekdays/$185 Weekends. Traveler’s Retreat: $180 Weekdays/$235 Weekends
September 1-October 31: Shore Room or Hearth and Home Room: $150 Weekdays/$185 Weekends. Traveler’s Retreat: $200 Weekdays/$235 Weekends.
*Please note: Some Holiday Weekends or Premium Nights may require a two-night minimum stay or have higher base rates than the seasonal rates listed. Weekdays are Monday through Thursday. Weekends are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Continuous Weekend Discount applies November-August on weekend night stays of two nights or more. Please see our Promotions, Specials and Extras page for details. We are closed for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. One night’s charges will be applied as deposit. A single night stay requires full payment at the time the reservation is made. You will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail.
If you are traveling with children or pets, please call to receive prior approval before making your reservation. We do not accept pets on all nights and children must be at least age 10 and up. Please see our policies on children and pets under our Policies section below.
For multi-night stays, final payment is processed at check out.
Check in is between 3pm – 6pm. Check out is by 11am. We will gladly arrange a later check in time but please call us first for availability. After hours check in times are by pre-arranged appointments only. Please call at least 24 hours in advance of your stay if you will need this service.
The first night’s charge will be made to your card at the time you make the reservation. A single night stay requires full payment at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice prior to check in will be eligible for a deposit refund. Cancellation notification of 7 days or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The deposit cannot be refunded in the event you cancel with less than 72 hours notice of your check in date. No shows (cancellations without notice) will be charged the entire amount of the reserved stay.
Because we are a destination for guests seeking rest and relaxation and often those travelers have made plans for the care of their own children while they are away, we regretfully cannot accept children under the age of 10. Children who are 10 and up and comfortable in adult company are welcome. Please call the inn prior to booking to let us know you will be traveling with your child.
Pets are welcome at the Waypoint House, however, prior arrangements are required. Pets may not be accepted on all nights due to other guest considerations. Pets are to be with their companions at all times. We expect pets to be on flea/tick medication and to be current on all required shots.
Please be aware that the Waypoint House has a fabulous feline residing in the house. The cat is not allowed in common rooms while guests are booked in the Bed & Breakfast and is never permitted in the second floor guest rooms.
The Waypoint House is a smoke-free Bed + Breakfast. Smoking is only allowed on the exterior porches, patio, and gardens. Guests are asked to clean up their own smoking materials. Smoking inside our home will cause a $75 per day charge to be added to your credit card.
